 Add sendspin and its 10 PyPI deps to media-sound and dev-python 
Introduce media-sound/sendspin 7.5.0 plus its Python dependency
stack in dev-python: aiosendspin, aiosendspin-mpris, av, mashumaro,
mpris-api, readchar, sounddevice, textual, textual-image, tunit.

- All built as EAPI 8 using distutils-r1 / setuptools PEP 517
- dev-python/aiosendspin "server" USE flag pulls av/numpy/pillow
- metadata.xml per package: maintainer, upstream remote-ids, and the
  aiosendspin server USE flag declaration
- dev-python/aiosendspin depends on orjson, currently deprecated in
  ::gentoo; retained as a hard runtime requirement

pkgcheck scan is clean apart from PythonCompatUpdate advisories
(python3_15 not yet added) and the orjson DeprecatedDep.
